Large wine buckets are a great way of keeping wine and champagne cool in demanding atmospheres. Use plenty of ice and a little water to ensure a well-chilled wine. If you're in a rush, you can add salt to the water to allow it to reach a much lower temperature without freezing, chilling a room temperature bottle much faster than a standard fridge.
