Our manufacturing partners here and overseas have been specifically chosen to ensure that our products are sourced and manufactured with an emphasis on environmentally sound principles. We have completed our due diligence to ensure that our sources of timber are only from legally harvested sources and comply with Australian Government regulations (Illegal Logging Prohibition Act 2012).

Our management operate with ethical & responsible business practices ensuring our service delivery also supports our customers' sustainability goals.

Our chemicals are eco-friendly and free of phosphates. Our range of packaging and consumables are biodegradable and produced from renewable, recycled or sustainable sources 

We are mindful the brands we support must have a positive impact on the environment and reduce our carbon foot print. We are committed to making lives better, so together we can make a difference

We offer Free Delivery on orders $200+ Sydney Metro**

Orders can be placed via the online, by email or by phone.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery provided they are undamaged and unopened. We'll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our own error (eg. you received an incorrect item). 

If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service and we will happily guide you through the process.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on the website are ex GST
The price of items is the current price at time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. If you have an account with us, your custom pricing will automatically apply once you log in.
